I’m looking forward to trying out the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens I ordered today. I finally found a review of it, and it sounds good. After reading a bunch of reviews of the Tamron 28-75, I’ve decided that it’ll replace my trusty Canon 28-80mm f/3.5-4.5.
Choosing the Tamron IS a good idea indeed. It is said, however, that there is quite a spread in the qualitiy with these lenses: althoug great designwise there may be quite bad individual lenses. You’ll just have to test in the store…
D’oh, the Tamron can’t be delivered until after two weeks, while I’ll have to wait two months for the Sigma. Bummer. :-/
